Sia Partners Belgium seeks bright consultants to deliver HR and Change management projects across multiple sectors. You will work on change programs, HR performance, recruitment, training, and HRIS implementations, contributing to client success across Belgium and beyond.

Qualifications

• University Master in Business Engineering or similar.
• 0.5 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest and experience in HR/Change.
• Analytical mind, able to explore options and synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics; eager to build expertise.
• Fluent/native Dutch and English languages.
• Willing to temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad (e.g. France).

You will mainly work on the following topics:

• Change management in customer programs and projects: communication, training and support plan, digital or collaborative strategy definition.

Qualifications

• University Master Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 0.5 to 3years’ experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills

• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Dutch and English fluent/native mandatory.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France)
