PwC Belgium is seeking bright, motivated interns to join our Human Resources department within the Human Capital team. You’ll work alongside a diverse group of HR professionals and take on real responsibilities across one or more Business Units.

Qualifikationen

• Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Law, HR, Office Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• School internship of at least 3 months.
• Fluent Dutch and/or French, plus English.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and a true team player.
• Strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality.

• Take on an advisory role and contribute to the execution of both Global and Belgian HC strategy.
• Be a point of contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
• Translate results of the annual People Survey into actionable insights and support BU planning with HR Consultants.
• Assist in talent management processes including preparation for performance and reward cycles and exit conversations.
• Contribute to HR projects related to talent management, reporting and employee experience.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities for automation, improvement and better alignment across departments.

HR Business Partner –Where HR meets business strategy

• Take on an advisory role and contribute to the execution of both the Global and Belgian Human Capital strategy.

• Speaks fluent Dutch and/or French, plus English.

• Has strong organizational skills and a hands‑on mentality.

• Is comfortable with MS Office and has a natural feel for digital tools.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts easily to change.
