Manuport Logistics (MPL) is seeking an HR Business Partner to be the go-to person for employees across several business units. You will be the central contact, ensuring satisfaction, development and performance, while advising people leaders and shaping our culture.

You will own HR projects from onboarding to mobility budgets, maintain employee records, and support recruitment during busy periods while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Through our unique blend of logistics services and the personal advice of our enthusiastic MPL team. We’re currently looking for a new team member within our HR team in Belgium.

As an HR Business Partner, you're the go-to person for employees across several business units within our organization. You play a pivotal role as the central point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction, development, and performance. Simultaneously, you'll be advising our people leaders and actively shaping our company culture. Keeping our employee records top-notch and making sure our HR processes work well are also part of your job.

You also take ownership of a variety of HR projects, driving them independently from start to finish and making sure they actually land. This means you set up and roll out initiatives across different HR topics such as onboarding, retention, policies, salary transparency and mobility budgets, always with a clear focus on what works in practice.

In addition, you provide support across the full employee lifecycle. During periods of increased hiring activity, you will step in to support recruitment efforts, helping to fill vacancies efficiently while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Job Requirements

• Someone with prior HR experience, comfortable navigating both day-to-day operations and strategic endeavors.
• You have a first experience in HR and you are now eager to embrace a broader HR role.
• Experience with various software programs like MS Office and HR-specific systems is essential.
• You're a team player with an optimistic outlook, yet equally capable of excelling independently.
• You understands the importance of flexibility, adaptability, and having a positive attitude.
