Imec in Leuven, Belgium, seeks an experienced R&D Project Leader to drive next-generation cooling solutions for high-performance computing. You will own a multidisciplinary program bridging materials, device concepts and system-level integration.

You will coordinate diverse teams, define integration strategies and translate insights into a viable system concept, while contributing hands-on in the lab and engaging stakeholders to shape IP and strategic positioning.

Qualifications

PhD required in engineering, physics, materials science, or related field.
Strong background in thermal management cooling technologies.
Experience bridging multidisciplinary inputs into a coherent technical vision.
Experience in project coordination or technical stewardship is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

Drive development of next-generation cooling solutions for HPC applications.
Coordinate multidisciplinary imec teams across process, device, integration, modeling and testing.
Define and implement an integration strategy and system concept.
Assess integration, reliability and scalability needs and translate into actionable approaches.
Contribute to hands-on R&D activities in the lab and engage stakeholders for IP and strategic positioning.
