Job summary

DPS Group Global is seeking a Project Lead Cables to drive high‑voltage cable projects in Belgium. You will manage projects from definition through closure, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure rigorous technical follow‑up and compliant procurement.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related fields), is fluent in French with good Dutch, and is highly organized with a client‑oriented, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent French with good Dutch knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset.
• Customer-oriented with assertiveness to drive projects forward.
• Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from definition to execution and closure.
• Contribute to technical studies and ensure follow-up.
• Perform technical calculations and monitor budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Prepare tender dossiers and participate in procurement processes.
• Coordinate on-site construction activities and manage contractors.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders for smooth collaboration.
• Report on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Contribute to HV projects ranging from 36 kV to 380 kV.
