Pauwels Consulting is assisting a leading Belgian energy player to recruit a Project Lead for high‑voltage cables in the Brussels region. You will manage cable projects from definition to close‑out, perform technical studies, and coordinate on‑site execution with suppliers and contractors.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, strong technical aptitude, and excellent organizational and client‑facing skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and client-facing mindset.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage cable projects from definition through close-out.
• Carry out technical studies and calculations for electrical infrastructure.
• Draw up budgets and detailed schedules based on available resources.
• Prepare tender documents and support procurement.
• Coordinate on-site execution with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
• Report progress to stakeholders and keep them informed.
