Vulcain Engineering is seeking a Project Lead to manage the execution of strategic electrical infrastructure projects across Belgium. You will oversee high‑voltage grid works from construction to commissioning and act as the main interface between contractors, site teams and stakeholders.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in project engineering or site coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering or site coordination.
• Experience managing contractors or coordinating on-site activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of HV substations, cables and grid reinforcement works.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and site activities through construction and commissioning.
• Monitor project planning, budget, risks and progress.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Manage site interfaces and resolve technical challenges.
• Organize progress meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support commissioning activities and project handover.
• Contribute to delivering a modernized Belgian grid.
