Job summary

Movu Robotics Innovation is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Engineer for software applications to act as the first contact for Key-Users reporting incidents, prioritise tickets, and perform standard troubleshooting on our intralogistics systems.

You will monitor dashboards for automated storage and conveyors, assist with login issues, escalate complex cases, update the knowledge base, and support end-user training.

Qualifications

Background in IT, mechatronics, or industrial engineering.
Familiarity with WMS/WCS and automated storage systems.
Good communication and customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for Key-Users reporting incidents.
Receive, categorize, and prioritize tickets in the helpdesk system.
Perform standard troubleshooting and configuration checks.
Monitor dashboards for automated storage and conveyors.
Assist with login issues and user permissions.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2 Support with clear docs.
Maintain and update the knowledge base with recurring issues.
Support end-user training sessions.
