Job summary

IQVIA in Belgium and Luxembourg seeks a Strategic Partnerships Manager (Healthcare Data) to own data supplier strategy, partnerships, and governance. You will lead onboarding of data sources, negotiate contracts, and drive sustainable access to high-quality healthcare data to support IQVIA's Information Offerings.

You’ll collaborate with local and global teams, optimize data collection, and ensure data meets business needs and quality standards, enhancing stakeholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in supplier management, strategic partnerships, business development.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare/pharmaceutical landscape in Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Retail industry or data experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the supplier strategy for Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Onboard new data sources and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead contract negotiations and set commercial/legal frameworks.
• Ensure data coverage, quality, and governance with KPIs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and global teams on partnerships.
