AXA Partners is seeking a Head of Health Operations to lead end-to-end Health Operations, ensuring high-quality service, governance and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Opex, Finance and HR.

The role emphasizes people leadership, change management and driving productivity growth across regions, reporting to the COO and representing the function externally with key partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or comparable by experience.
• Proven leadership experience in global operations or contact center environments.
• Experience with budgeting, capacity planning and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day Health Operations ensuring service delivery and timely escalation resolution across regions.
• Forecast FTE needs, develop capacity planning and staffing scenarios, and influence recruitment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Opex, Finance and HR to align on capacity and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and productivity initiatives to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
• Provide regular people metrics, performance dashboards and progress updates to leadership.
