AXA Partners Belgium is seeking a business analyst/project manager for healthcare to monitor the business and workforce, support users, and lead initiatives ensuring smooth operation of the department. You will analyse needs, processes and tools, driving improvements and change management, including digitization projects like Gen AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in process modelling (BPMN) and managing workshops and both business- and IT-projects.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools; healthcare knowledge is a plus.
• Change management and strong communication skills to align stakeholders.
• Analytical and synthetic mindset; team-oriented and project-driven.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

• Develop reports and workforce plans; analyse user needs and improve processes.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects; ensure successful delivery.
• Lead project teams; govern projects and manage internal/external communications.
