AXA Partners in Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst/Project Manager for healthcare to monitor the business, analyze workforce needs and lead cross-functional projects ensuring ongoing, efficient department operations.

You will drive process improvements, support digitization efforts including Gen AI initiatives, and coordinate between business and IT stakeholders, with a focus on change management and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a comparable function.
• Experience in process modelling (BPMN) and in managing workshops, formalizing business needs, and managing business- and IT projects.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Strong change management and communication skills to navigate cross-actor agreements.
• Analytical mindset with strong synthesis skills.
• Team player and willing to work in project mode.
• Knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
