Solvay is seeking a Head of Safety Performance, Assurance & Governance to strengthen safety governance, assurance and performance management across the group. You will lead audits, data-driven safety strategies and risk management in a multinational environment.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team and advise senior leaders, driving safety culture and continuous improvement while supporting Solvay’s sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Safety, EHS, Process Safety or Operational Excellence.
• Experience with governance frameworks and assurance methodologies.
• Experience driving data-driven safety strategies and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve the Solvay Safety Governance System.
• Lead safety audits, assessments and investigations.
• Drive safety performance management, data governance and AI-enabled decision-making.
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary safety team and advise senior leaders.
