Solvay is seeking a Head of Safety Performance, Assurance & Governance to strengthen safety governance, assurance and performance management across the group. You will guide data-driven safety strategies, influence senior leadership and shape risk management while fostering a strong safety culture.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and partner with the Group Safety Director to deliver strategic safety initiatives, governance frameworks and continuous improvement across global operations.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Safety, EHS, Process Safety, Operational Excellence, Risk Management or Industrial Operations within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to drive transformation and change initiatives at scale.
• Strong knowledge of safety governance and assurance methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve the Solvay Safety Governance System, ensuring integration of safety standards and culture initiatives.
• Lead Safety Assurance and Independent Verification; define audit and assurance framework and methodologies; lead major safety audits and investigations.
• Drive safety performance management, data governance, analytics, and AI-enabled predictive capabilities for decision support.
• Sustain safety culture and organizational learning through communication and capability development.
