Syensqo is seeking a Senior Manager to lead People Analytics and Workforce Planning, shaping the HR data architecture and driving adoption of a third-party analytics platform. You will deliver strategic analytics and core HR reporting, working with HR, IT, Data and Finance to enable data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on standard dashboards, headcount and workforce metrics, with a strong emphasis on predictive insights and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Reporting or HR Technology.
• Strong understanding of HR data, workforce metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Experience designing dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Experience with HR systems, data integration and data lakes.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and insights.

Responsabilités

• Co-lead the development of the organisation’s HR Analytics and Workforce Planning capability.
• Own the HR Analytics roadmap, governance and reporting standards.
• Lead the functional implementation and adoption of the selected People Analytics platform.
• Own standard HR dashboards and recurring reporting.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support business questions and workforce decisions.
• Develop and embed position management and workforce planning processes.
• Provide predictive insights for leaders.
• Drive data quality, self-service reporting and responsible use of people data.
