Syensqo in Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager People Analytics & Workforce Planning to advance HR analytics and workforce planning across the organization. You will build data architectures, oversee HR data lake integration, and lead the adoption of a third‑party People Analytics platform.

You will own dashboards, reporting, and predictive insights, partnering with HR, IT, Data and Finance to enable data‑driven decisions and robust workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Reporting, HR Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR data, workforce metrics, reporting frameworks and governance.
• Experience designing dashboards and recurring reports for executives.

Responsabilités

• Co‑lead the development of HR Analytics and Workforce Planning capability.
• Own the HR Analytics roadmap, governance and reporting standards.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of a People Analytics platform.
• Own standard HR dashboarding and recurring reporting (headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, etc.).
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support business questions and HR leadership priorities.
• Develop position management and strategic workforce planning processes.
