ictjob.be is seeking a Senior Data Product Owner to lead the HR Data Product within a Belgian hybrid work setup. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement, partnering with HR, Finance and Loyalty teams.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to shape the Data Mesh strategy, ensure governance, data quality and accessibility, and drive value across business stakeholders with clear roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Take end-to-end ownership of the HR Data Product, from business needs to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable Data Product specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and other technical teams.
• Define and prioritize the Data Product roadmap according to business value and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end ownership of the HR Data Product, from business needs to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Identify, challenge and translate business requirements into clear Data Product specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and other technical teams.
• Define and prioritize the Data Product roadmap according to business value and organizational priorities.
• Contribute actively to the implementation and evolution of the Data Mesh strategy.
• Ensure Data Products follow governance, quality and accessibility standards.
• Bridge between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Promote a data-driven mindset to improve decision-making across HR, Finance and Loyalty.
