ING Belgium is seeking a Lead Operations to be end-responsible for forecasting, planning and traffic management across CS Retail, CS Business and Fraud, leading a team of workforce management specialists.

You will drive continuous improvement, evolve Operational Intelligence capabilities, and implement strategic priorities while ensuring high-quality service to stakeholders. Strong leadership, data-driven mindset and change management are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or equivalent.
• Experience in workforce management.
• Leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in EN,FR,NL.
• Data-driven and new technology-oriented.
• Experience in leading change and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to balance operational delivery with continuous improvement and long-term development.
• Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.

• Forecasting, planning and traffic management oversight across sub-departments.
• Monitor forecasting accuracy and ensure high-performing planning.
