Monizze BE is seeking a hands-on marketing leader to run and develop a four-person specialist squad within our Belgian employee benefits company. You will set priorities, coach the team, and ensure the four core domains—growth & revenue marketing, marketing ops & automation, web/content/SEO, and events/affiliations—work as one accountable engine.

• Experience managing marketing specialists with distinct areas of expertise.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary delivery with clear priorities and cadence.
• Commercial and analytical mindset linking activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Multilingual leadership across Dutch, French and English.
• Long-term ownership mindset with sustained team collaboration.
