Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa is seeking a Senior Landscaping Manager to lead all landscaping and horticultural operations across the resort, ensuring top-tier luxury standards for gardens, public areas, villa surroundings, and landscapes.

You will design planting concepts, supervise a diverse team, manage budgets, and coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Sustainability, and Guest Experience to deliver exceptional outdoor environments and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to lead a multicultural team.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage landscaping operations across the resort to luxury hospitality standards.
• Design and establish new gardens and landscape spaces with planting concepts and layouts.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the landscaping team focusing on safety and sustainability.
• Monitor plant health and manage irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest control.
• Plan and oversee landscaping projects within budget and quality standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and procurement of materials.
