Keyrock is expanding its Options Engineering team and seeks a Head of Engineering to lead the growth of our systematic options trading platform. You will drive automated quoting, execution, risk controls, and production reliability, while shaping the team's technical direction.

The role emphasizes hands-on Rust expertise and collaboration with traders, quants, and risk teams. European-friendly remote work with time-zone alignment is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency trading systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of ~7 engineers.
• Provide technical direction across trading infra, system design and reliability.
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, product and infra stakeholders.
• Balance technical leadership with delivery ownership and operational discipline.
