Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer with trading-systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will own high-impact trading infrastructure and drive performance, reliability, and operability across a global, mostly remote team.

You will collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to design, build, and operate low-latency trading systems, advance engineering standards, and mentor others while embracing AI-assisted tooling and agentic engineering.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems; proficiency with Tokio is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience in a systematic trading environment (HFT, Market Making, Quantitative Trading, or similar).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including cloud infrastructure trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads, scripting, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for strategy development, automation, and tooling.
• Deep familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and market data feeds.
• Solid grasp of low-latency networking: TCP/UDP, latency analysis, kernel bypass techniques (DPDK).
• Familiarity with agentic engineering tools: LLMs, MCP APIs, AI-First IDEs, automation workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize low-latency, mission-critical trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production operation.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve trading performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure focusing on performance, stability, observability, and operability.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across exchange connectivity, execution, and market data handling.
• Drive engineering standards through leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Embrace agentic engineering: AI-assisted workflows and automation of tasks.
