Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will own high‑impact trading infrastructure, design and operate mission‑critical systems, and drive performance, reliability, and automation in a fully remote, Europe‑time‑zone team.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Experience in systematic trading environments (HFT, Market Making) with solid understanding of execution, market data, and risk.
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, incl. cloud infrastructure trade-offs for latency-sensitive workloads, shell scripting, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for strategy development, automation, and tooling.
• Deep familiarity with trading system protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and exchange connectivity.
• Knowledge of low-latency networking (TCP/UDP, kernel bypass techniques).
• Familiarity with agentic engineering tools: LLMs, MCP APIs, AI-First IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code).
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and guide implementation across complex systems.

• Own key trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve trading performance and resilience.

• Drive engineering standards through leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
