Cognizant Belgium is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development (Service Line Specialist) in Data, AI & Analytics to drive AI, Agentic AI and analytics sales across the Benelux Life Sciences market. You will lead complex engagements, coordinate multi‑stakeholder pursuits and craft go‑to‑market strategies that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in enterprise technology consulting / services sales with ownership of large / complex pursuits
• Experience selling AI / GenAI / Agentic AI or adjacent solutions with credible business-outcome positioning
• Strong consultative selling and commercial acumen: structuring deals, value cases and multi-year programmes
• Awareness of data, traditional BI and cloud architectures across multiple analytics platforms and domains
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and Agentic AI growth: own AIA service line sales targets across Benelux accounts and manage full sales lifecycle from pipeline to closure
• Own and lead deals: direct end-to-end deal pursuit with workshops, demos and PoCs; position accelerators and platforms
• Manage client relationships: advise CIO/CTO/CDO and business leaders, translate capabilities into measurable ROI and governance requirements
• Develop the Benelux GTM strategy, sales plays and offerings: define vision, roadmap and repeatable solutions for enterprise clients
• Own alliances and governance: build strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and AI platform partners; ensure responsible AI and compliance in line with Life Sciences regulations
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and thought leadership to generate joint pipeline and co-sell motions
