Job summary

Dataroots, a Talan company, is seeking an AI Engineering Team Lead to stay hands-on while guiding a team of AI engineers on client projects across industries. You will design, build and deploy AI solutions that deliver real business value using robust software engineering, MLOps and GenAI practices.

Alongside client work you’ll coach colleagues, contribute to hiring and business development, and help shape the direction of our AI Engineering practice, grounded in practical project experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering AI solutions for clients.
• Strong Python and SQL software skills.
• Experience building production ML and GenAI systems.
• Knowledge of GenAI, retrieval systems, and LLMOps.
• Experience on AWS, Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
