Dataroots, a Talan company, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions across industries, spanning ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases. You will architect production-grade systems using MLOps/LLMOps, guide clients, and mentor team members.

You bring deep AI expertise, 4+ years in production AI/software, and fluency in English; Dutch/French fluency is a big advantage. A collaborative, consulting-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience building and deploying software, ML or AI systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong software design principles.
• Hands-on GenAI & Agentic AI experience with RAG architectures and LLM orchestration.
• Experience deploying AI systems in production with cloud-native deployment.
• Model lifecycle management and cloud platforms experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong communication; fluency in English; Dutch/French fluency highly advantageous.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and deployment of AI solutions delivering business value.
• Mentor teammates and guide clients through technical decisions.
• Architect robust, production-grade systems following MLOps/LLMOps best practices.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers on scalable, reliable AI workflows.
