A premier hotel in Brussels is seeking a Guest Relations Trainee for an immersive experience of at least five months starting in June 2026. We are seeking a Guest Relations Trainee for an immersive experience of at least five months. The start date would be in June 2026.

Role

As a Guest Relations Trainee, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our guests’ overall experience. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Proactively engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues with efficiency and courtesy.
• Occasionally assisting with check‑in and check‑out procedures, providing personalized assistance to each guest.
• Fostering meaningful conversations with our guests, forging lasting connections, and contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Supporting the reception team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the hotel’s operations.

Ideal Profile

Someone proficient in English (a good knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus!), enrolled in a hospitality school or similar program, and most importantly, someone with a burning passion for customer service. If you identify with this description, don’t hesitate to apply!
