Experience in service and reception, high hygiene standards, and fluent English are expected for a positive guest experience and strong teamwork in our relaxed, neighbourhood-focused hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in service and reception
• Hygiene is the rule: you live it and keep yourself up to date
• Language: in English you are in contact with guests and team
• Attentive and responsible, that's how you join the team with pleasure

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and check them in at our bar area, making them feel at home
• Give tips about local attractions and help guests navigate the area
• Spoil guests with drinks and snacks in the lounge and provide friendly service
• Handle office tasks: answer emails, check invoices, and close the shift cash register
• Be flexible for night shifts and bid guests farewell at the end of the night
• Say goodbye to guests as they leave, creating a memorable impression
