MEININGER Hotel Bruxelles Gare du Midi is seeking a Front Desk - Receptionist (f/m/d) for full-time to warmly welcome guests and manage the check-in/check-out process. The role involves handling inquiries, directing guests to local attractions, and supporting hotel operations across shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of receptionist experience, thrives in a busy, international environment, and speaks French and English at a solid B1-B2 level.

• At least 1 year of receptionist experience.
• Outgoing personality and ability to handle a busy environment.
• People person who enjoys helping guests.
• Team player ready to assist colleagues.
• Fluent in French and English (B1-B2).
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and host guests to ensure a safe, memorable stay.
• Manage guest check-in to check-out processes.
• Be first point of contact for suppliers and visitors.
• Answer questions and direct guests to sights and activities.
• Handle invoicing, emails, and online requests.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Support operations across shifts, including weekends/holidays.
