MEININGER Bruxelles Gare du Midi is hiring a Service Staff member (f/h/d) to join our breakfast team. You will set up and remove the breakfast buffet, ensure a varied and appealing selection of food and drinks, and assist guests with recommendations.

You will also welcome guests, inform them about offers, and maintain a clean workstation to meet our standards. The role requires English fluency, with Dutch as an advantage, and flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Hospitality/service experience preferred.
• Willing to work varied shifts including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to set up and remove breakfast buffet and assist guests with food selections.

Responsabilités

• Set up and remove the breakfast buffet.
• Ensure constant availability and attractive presentation of food and beverages.
• Prepare simple cold dishes and drinks; advise guests on ingredients.
• Welcome guests at breakfast and inform them about offers and F&B.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness per guidelines and standards.
• Monitor stock, place orders for food and consumables, check deliveries.
