MEININGER Hotel Bruxelles Gare du Midi is seeking a Front Desk - Receptionist (f/m/d) to warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle guest inquiries. You will be the first contact for guests, suppliers, and technicians, working in a busy, international environment with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

You will contribute to guest satisfaction by using front office systems, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining smooth administrative operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
• Outgoing personality and enjoy a bustling environment.
• Fluent in French and English (B1–B2).
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Answer inquiries and direct guests to local sights and services.
• Handle invoicing, emails and online requests.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
