TCR Group is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between technical and commercial teams for Ground Support Equipment (GSE). You will advise, support and help translate technical details into commercial value across international projects.

Join a dynamic asset team in Belgium, engaging with suppliers and country teams to win projects while strengthening cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering with strong technical background.
• 1–2 years of experience in a commercial or technical sales role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in ground support equipment, fleet solutions and aviation.
• Ability to translate technical detail into commercial value.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French a plus.
