TCR Group seeks a capable Supervisor to lead the unit, ensuring quality, safety and efficient operations. You will guide a team of supervisors and employees, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong client communications.

With a focus on safety, equipment knowledge, and mechanical/electrical expertise, you will manage service orders, plan work via SAP, and contribute to the growth of TCR’s ground support services globally. Candidates fluent in Dutch/French and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams and safety
• Technical background or apprenticeship in GSE/equipment
• Proficient knowledge of GSE equipment
• Strong knowledge of electricity and mechanics
• Experience with Diesel engines (EURO 4/5/6)
• Familiarity with electronics and hydraulics
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making
• Commitment to safety, quality and customer relations
• Dutch or French native with good English
• Valid driver's license B

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the unit team ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
• Proactively manage workshop operations and organize daily activities.
• Coach team members and coordinate subcontractors.
• Participate in recruitment and monitor timesheets and occupancy.
• Support administration and perform annual performance reviews.
• Act as first point of contact for approvals and questions.
• Ensure service orders from SAP are planned and executed well.
• Monitor backlog and ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee Ground Support Equipment maintenance and quality checks.
• Translate client needs into accurate service quotes and communications.
