Dignify is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant in Genk (hybrid) to help enterprise clients define growth strategies at the intersection of business, data, AI and technology.

You will lead senior stakeholder discussions, shape roadmaps and value realization, and partner with delivery teams to ensure strategies translate into measurable outcomes.

This role emphasizes advisory impact over reports, with responsibility for adoption and real business value.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related advisory roles.
• Experience with enterprise clients and senior stakeholder facilitation.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into strategic recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Develop growth strategies for enterprise customers at the intersection of business, data, and technology.
• Identify opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention and engagement.
• Shape data, AI and MarTech strategies to accelerate performance.
• Build strategic roadmaps, value realization plans and capability roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive decision making and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
