La Fosse in the Netherlands/Belgium region is seeking an experienced AI Strategy Consultant & Manager to join its growing strategy practice. You will lead AI strategy engagements, work with C-level stakeholders, and translate business needs into data and AI transformation plans.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in strategy consulting, a Masters or equivalent, and fluent Dutch and English, with a proven ability to develop roadmaps, business cases and operating models that deliver measurable value.

A growing specialist consultancy is looking for an experienced AI Strategy Consultant & Manager to join its expanding strategy practice.

The organisation works with a range of established businesses to help them understand how Data and AI can create measurable commercial value. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, artificial intelligence and transformation, working closely with senior stakeholders to turn strategic ambitions into practical plans.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong strategy consulting background who wants to work on meaningful Data & AI transformation programs rather than purely theoretical strategy projects.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and contributing to high end AI strategy engagements
• Working directly with senior and C-level stakeholders
• Identifying and prioritising high-value AI and Data use cases
• Developing Data & AI strategies, roadmaps and transformation plans
• Building business cases and assessing potential value and ROI
• Assessing organisational Data & AI maturity and capabilities
• Developing target operating models for Data & AI functions
• Presenting strategic recommendations to senior audiences
• Working alongside Data Scientists, Engineers and other technical specialists to ensure strategies are commercially relevant and technically achievable
• Supporting business development and helping shape new client engagements

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a commercially minded top tier senior strategy consultant & Manager with genuine AI experience.

Ideally, you will have:

• 4+ years' experience within strategy
• Experience across Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Analytics Strategy or Data/AI Transformation
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps, business cases, operating models or transformation strategies
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and ideally C-level executives
• The ability to take ambiguous business problems and structure them into clear recommendations
• A strong understanding of how organisations can use Data & AI to create business value
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills
• A relevant Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Fluent Dutch and English

You don't need to be a hands-on Data Scientist or Data Engineer. The key requirement is the ability to connect business strategy with Data & AI capabilities and translate strategy into execution.
