Dignify is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to help enterprise clients define priorities and turn data, AI and MarTech investments into measurable growth. You will guide senior stakeholders, shape strategic roadmaps and partner with delivery teams to ensure value realization.

The role focuses on strategy, governance and executive decision support, with hybrid client-site work across the Benelux. Fluency in English and Dutch is preferred for collaboration with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in strategy consulting or closely related fields.
• Experience working with enterprise organizations and senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate complex challenges into clear strategic recommendations.
• Track record of turning strategies into implemented outcomes and measurable value.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other Benelux languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop customer growth strategies across Acquisition, Conversion, Retention and Engagement.
• Shape Data, AI & MarTech strategy and advise on activation avenues.
• Build strategic roadmaps, value realization plans and investment recommendations.
• Advise on operating models, governance and ways of working for scalable impact.
• Facilitate executive decision making, workshops and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with delivery teams to translate strategy into execution and real outcomes.
