Dignify is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to help enterprise clients turn Data, AI and MarTech investments into measurable growth. You will guide executive decisions at the intersection of business strategy, customer experience, data and technology.

The role focuses on strategy, guidance and value realization, with no sales quota. Based in the Benelux with hybrid working and regular client-site time.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, leading senior stakeholder discussions.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into strategic recommendations.
• Experience building roadmaps, business cases and strategic plans.
• Fluency using AI tools to prototype and test ideas.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic discussions with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps and investment recommendations.
• Advise on operating models, governance and organizational alignment for value realization.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategy translates into measurable outcomes.
