Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Belgium to own paid acquisition for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, build testing frameworks, and align spend with revenue and profitability goals.

You will forecast performance, support attribution, and drive growth through acquisition, retention, and cross-functional collaboration with growth teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads at scale.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive profitable growth.
• Develop structured testing strategies across channels, assets, audiences, offers and funnels.
• Manage large paid media budgets with data-driven allocation decisions.
