Enky Srl seeks a commercial leader to build and scale a new Workplace & Hospitality Solutions Business Unit across Europe. You will own the GTM strategy, win key accounts, and drive revenue with founder energy.

This is not a traditional sales role: lead strategic accounts, shape the offering, and scale the revenue engine while representing Enky externally at events and with enterprise clients. English required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong sales leadership experience in workplace solutions or related industries.
• Proven ability to build or scale a business line and revenue engine.
• Excellent business development and executive relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the commercial strategy and revenue growth of the new Business Unit.
• Define GTM strategy, target accounts, and build scalable sales engine.
• Lead high‑value negotiations and manage strategic partnerships.
• Represent Enky at industry events and executive meetings.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and product.
