Job summary

Twipe, Leuven‑based mediatech scale‑up, seeks a Marketing and Growth Manager to translate expertise into content, conversations, and qualified opportunities. You will move between strategy and hands‑on execution, sharpening positioning, building a content engine, and growing audiences for sales signals.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and distributing high‑quality B2B content across multiple formats and channels.
• Ability to grow or engage a professional audience, newsletter, customer community, or social media presence.
• Translate complex products or market developments into clear narratives for senior business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own a recurring content calendar across articles, original research, market coverage, podcasts, videos, visuals, and short‑form social content.
• Nurture and grow our newsletter community with relevant content, events and segmentation.
• Strengthen engagement within the customer community and create reasons to engage, contribute, and share.
• Grow Twipe’s reach on LinkedIn and develop other channels with clear purpose.
• Clean and enrich Zoho CRM data; maintain accurate account structures and reporting.
• Identify warm marketing‑qualified leads and coordinate with sales for follow‑up.
• Structure and communicate our product portfolio for different audiences; translate value into stories.
• Create product marketing assets like visuals, demos, case studies, pages, presentations.
• Use SEO and data to improve website positioning and distribution choices.
• Create and distribute original content built on market insights or own research; lead original research pieces and industry reports.
• Coordinate conferences and events such as the Digital Growth Summit.
• Own opportunities, set priorities, and execute hands‑on initiatives to achieve measurable results.
• Collaborate across sales, product, customer success, leadership and partners to keep initiatives moving.
• Write and communicate in English with clarity.
• Experience with Zoho CRM, marketing automation, SEO, and data analysis is a plus.
