CANAL+ Belgium is seeking an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager to drive subscriber growth for its direct-to-consumer business. You will report to the Sr.

Manager Digital and work with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and creative partners to optimize marketing investments and campaign performance. The role requires a Bachelor’s in marketing, 6+ years in digital marketing, native Dutch or French and fluency in English, plus strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Native Dutch and/or French with professional English fluency.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across paid search, social, affiliate, video and on-device channels.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements for acquisition efficiency and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
