CANAL+ Belgium seeks an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager to drive subscriber growth for its direct-to-consumer business. You will lead paid search, social, affiliates, video, and on-device campaigns, optimizing performance and conversion.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Digital (Performance) Marketing or E-Commerce.
• Proven experience managing digital acquisition campaigns.
• Native proficiency in Dutch and/or French and professional fluency in English.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution and optimization of digital acquisition campaigns across Paid Search, Social Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Video Advertising, and On-Device Marketing channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous improvements to maximize acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure media investments and agency recommendations align with business priorities, acquisition targets, and budget objectives.
• Coordinate and develop acquisition, content, sports, and promotional campaigns from briefing through launch and post-campaign evaluation.
• Act as a coordinator between internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to the required quality standards.
• Own performance analytics for the website using GA4, Amplitude, and other analytics platforms; translate learnings into actionable initiatives.
