Penta Hotels Worldwide GmbH in Belgium is seeking a motivated Hotel Admin Assistant to help coordinate group bookings, support sales and event development, and maintain clear communication with organizers to ensure flawless stays.

You’ll work closely with the sales team, handle research and prospecting tasks, and keep contracts and checklists organized in a fast-paced, international hotel environment. Casual dress encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Lead in group bookings coordination and communicate details to Sales & Event development Specialist.
• Collaborate with Proactive Sales and Sales & Event development Specialist.
• Engage with organizers, clarify wishes, and translate them into seamless stays and events.
• Assist with market research, prospecting, and maintaining client relationships.
• Keep contracts and checklists organized and ensure nothing is missed.
• Contribute to business success through organized administrative support.
• Work within an international environment and maintain professional communication.
