Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics with 2–5 years of procurement/FMCG/packaging experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with an analytical mindset and commercial sense.
• High value on open communication for professional relationships.
• Inquisitive nature showing engagement and professionalism.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for packaging categories at group level.
• Analyze market information to formulate effective sourcing actions and plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business strategy into procurement decisions for existing and new products.
• Manage packaging and supplier portfolios at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
• Conclude framework contracts balancing quality, reliability, sustainability and total cost of ownership.
• Monitor contracts, volumes and price evolutions; review supplier performance.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding of newly sourced suppliers.
