Job summary

Lotus Bakeries seeks a Group ICT Project Lead to drive end-to-end ICT initiatives across applications, infrastructure and security within a multinational setting.

You will lead diverse teams, define scope and milestones, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders to deliver tangible IT outcomes that support our global landscape.

English proficiency is required for international collaboration, with Dutch as a valued asset; excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience with SAP roll-outs or application implementations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies in a pragmatic, results-oriented way.
• Experience with change management and risk management in complex projects.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

• Deliver ICT projects within scope, time, budget, and agreed quality standards, using the Lotus Project methodology and change management practices.


• You define project scope and objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders and translate them into clear project plans, including milestones and timelines.


• Throughout the project lifecycle, you ensure strong stakeholder management, consistent communication, and clear reporting on progress.


• You actively monitor project performance, manage risks, issues, and changes in scope, schedule, or budget, and apply structured problem-solving to keep projects on track.


• In addition, you foster collaboration within project teams and motivate team members to achieve high performance and successful project outcomes.

Profile

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

• Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment. Experience with SAP roll-outs or application implementations is a plus.


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, applied in a pragmatic and results-oriented way.


• Experience with change management and risk management in complex project environments.


• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.


• You are well-organized, analytical, and stress-resistant with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.


• Full professional proficiency in English, professional proficiency in Dutch is considered an asset.
