Walt & Spencer, an international vehicle and transport solutions manufacturer active in Belgium, is seeking a Controller. You will deliver financial analyses, coordinate budgets and forecasts, and run monthly closings to meet consolidation standards.

You report to the ExComm as SPOC and drive process improvements. The role demands a Master’s in Finance/Accounting and 8–15 years in controlling or audit, with SAP and Power BI experience, plus multilingual capabilities (French/English/Dutch).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 8–15 years of experience in management control, internal or external audit.
• French, English and/or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Delivering financial analyses that support decision-making and building solid business cases.
• Coordinating budgets, financial forecasts and reporting across several functions.
• Running monthly closings and reporting in line with group consolidation standards.
• Analyzing margins, cost structures and KPIs to flag risks and opportunities early.
• Acting as SPOC for the ExComm, translating numbers into concrete recommendations.
• Strengthening internal control procedures and driving process improvement.
