You will conduct risk assessments, follow up on mitigations, and manage security exceptions while ensuring process alignment. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong analytics, and English proficiency, with a hybrid work model in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Information Security or GRC-related activities.
• Basic knowledge across multiple security domains and core IT concepts including network security and network segregation.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling ambiguity in an operational environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support security risk assessments in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Follow up on risk mitigation actions and ensure consistent process adherence.
• Manage security exceptions and maintain rigorous non-compliance tracking.
• Guide stakeholders through established security governance and compliance processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and management reporting materials.
• Participate in operational meetings and identify opportunities for process automation.
