Drylock Technologies is seeking a Graphic Designer & AI Content Specialist to craft packaging visuals, product imagery and compelling presentations. You will blend traditional design with AI-driven workflows to accelerate creative output in an international setting.

You will collaborate with Category Management, Product Development and Sales, bringing attention to typography, branding, and visual storytelling while embracing AI tools to enhance content quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 3+ years experience in graphic design, branding or packaging design.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Your role

As Graphic Designer & AI Content Specialist, you will play an important role in developing strong visual concepts, packaging designs, presentations and communication materials that support our brands, products and commercial activities.

By combining strong graphic design expertise with the latest AI technologies, you will create engaging and innovative content while helping to accelerate and enhance the creative process. You will work closely with Category Management, Product Development, Sales and other internal stakeholders in an international environment.

Your responsibilities

Design & Branding

• Create packaging designs, product visuals, logos, presentations, leaflets and sales materials.
• Develop creative concepts for new products, retail brands and customer-specific projects.
• Ensure a consistent and professional visual identity across all communication channels.
• Support the creation of website, digital and social media content.
• Translate commercial and product-related input into clear, attractive and brand-aligned visuals.

AI-Powered Design

• Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance the creative process while maintaining strong design judgement.
• Generate visual concepts, mood boards, renderings and marketing assets using AI-supported tools.
• Transform ideas and business needs into professional visuals through effective prompting and creative direction.
• Explore new AI solutions for design, image generation, video creation and content development.
• Share practical tips, inspire and support colleagues to explore AI-supported creative workflows.
• Continuously monitor relevant AI trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, creativity and content quality.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, packaging design or a similar creative role.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong visual creativity, attention to detail and a good sense of layout, typography and branding.
• Passionate about AI, emerging technologies and their application in creative workflows.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is an asset.

AI skills we are looking for

• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Sora or similar platforms.
• Strong prompting skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective AI-generated content.
• Understanding of AI-powered content creation workflows.
• Curious mindset and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
