About the Role
At Cronos Europa, we are continuously seeking Graphic Designers to join our talent community and be considered for future opportunities within the European Institutions. As a Graphic Designer, you will contribute to the creation of visually compelling communication materials that support digital, print, and multimedia initiatives. Depending on the assignment, you may work on branding, campaigns, publications, digital content, presentations, infographics, social media assets, and user‑focused visual communication. Your Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for communication campaigns and projects.
- Design and produce graphic assets for digital, print, and multimedia channels.
- Create layouts, infographics, presentations, publications, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Adapt and extend existing designs across multiple formats and communication channels.
- Ensure consistency with visual identities, branding guidelines, and design standards.
- Collaborate with communication, marketing, content, digital, and audiovisual teams.
- Support the localisation and adaptation of communication materials in multiple languages.
- Transform complex information into clear, visually engaging, and accessible content.
- Contribute to the design of user‑centric interfaces, visual storytelling, and digital experiences where required.
- Manage design projects from concept development through production and final delivery.
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Experience in graphic design, visual communication, branding, or creative production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related tools.
- Knowledge of digital, print, and social media design best practices.
- Understanding of branding principles, typography, colour theory, and visual composition.
- Familiarity with motion design, animation, video editing, or multimedia content creation is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Interest in European affairs, public communication, or institutional communication is considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional European languages is an asset.
