Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage servers, desktops and lab IT within QC and TY. You will perform maintenance, installations, and validation support for GMP/non-GMP lab systems, and contribute to disaster recovery and data integrity.

The role requires Windows/AD knowledge, PowerShell, TCP/IP, and strong documentation, with Dutch and English communication. You will coordinate with global teams and ensure compliance with GMP procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems (server and client).
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, antivirus, remote administration, AD.
• Scripting basics: PowerShell/DOS commands.
• Structured work approach and good documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage servers, desktops and workstations within QC and TY.
• Develop, document and maintain installation procedures for lab apps.
• Check and approve GMP installation/config for validation.
• Investigate installation/config options for optimal implementation.
• Plan and execute maintenance for QC and TY apps.
• Perform archival requests, security and remediation.
• Collaborate with QC, TY, Validation on architecture/design docs.
• Liaise with corporate Digital and international Sanofi colleagues.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support.
• Ensure compliance with corporate/local Sanofi procedures.
